Responsibilities

• Delegating work and assignments to team members.
• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Analyzing users’ needs and then finding applications to serve them.
• Creating end goals for their team.
• Manage Azure Subscriptions & Services.
• Manage Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Project Management & Environments).
• Coding Backend and FrontEnd.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years experience in software development management with full Microsoft stack, cloud engineering, Azure DevOps, and great soft skills.
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Methodology: Agile
• Web: C#, .Net, .Net MVC, .Net Core, Web APIs, React, Jquery, Bootstrap, PHP
• Databases: MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, complex SQL queries, and Stored Procedures
• Mobile: Xamarin, MAUI, iOS, Android
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Powershell, Visual Studio Team Services
• IDEs: Visual Studio, VSCode
• Cloud: Azure Front Door, Azure API Gateway, Azure Monitor, Azure API Management, Azure Storage, Azure Operations and Data Transfer, Azure App Services, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, Azure SignalR, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus.
• Other: Architecture design, Microsoft Power BI Pro, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft SSMS, Version Control
• Leadership: Code reviews, reinforce SOLID principles, coach developers on architecture and design, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills
