Back End Developer, Our requirements are simple:

Be professional and courteous

Back End Developer Requirements and Skills:

• 7+ years of professional development experience (or equivalent high-level expertise).
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (ideally 3.1 and above).
• Hands-on experience with Xamarin and/or .NET MAUI for mobile development.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server (writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures).
• Working knowledge of React.js (2+ years) for building modern web interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot code in a structured, methodical way.
• English fluency sufficient for clear communication with management and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards) or experience with similar tools (e.g., GitLab/Jira) and willingness to adapt.
• Understanding of SOLID principles, software design patterns, and best practices for maintainable code.

Back End Developer Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Microservices design and architecture; proven track record migrating monolithic systems.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and App Insights.
• Strong background in unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and TDD or BDD concepts.
• Experience or strong interest in setting up CICD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Consumer-facing mobile app development experience (publishing apps to app stores, user analytics, etc.).
• Architectural knowledge to guide the broader technical direction (ex: domain-driven design, event-driven architecture).
