Sourcing Specialist, About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Systems Administrator to join Sonatafy full-time. This role focuses on administering the IT department’s operations and systems, with additional responsibility for providing support when needed. You will be responsible for managing onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software assets, MDM, user accounts, and SaaS platforms that keep our distributed teams productive.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. They have a solid IT foundation and can balance administration tasks with occasional hands-on support in a remote-first environment.

Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other digital channels.
• Ensure all candidate communications and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally to foster strong engagement.
• Build and maintain robust, diverse candidate pipelines for active and future IT requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our internal ATS and sourcing tools.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate phone screens and interviews.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key trends, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring insights.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and innovate sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed of delivery.

Sourcing Specialist Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical (IT/Software Development) profiles.
• Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proactive, energetic, and a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and resourceful problem solver with a results-driven mindset.
• Passion for learning and growing within the IT and technology recruitment field.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
